These Terms govern your access to and use of the Aeroride platform, products, and services (the "Platform"), provided by AeroRide Inc., a Delaware Corporation, 1401 Pennsylvania Ave. STE 105, Wilmington, Delaware 19806, United States — support and legal contact: bookings@aeroride.app. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Aeroride operates a marketplace connecting you with independent, certified aircraft Operators — Aeroride is the booking platform, not the carrier — and these Terms cover how quotes, bookings, and payments work, along with passenger requirements.
They also cover cancellations and refunds, delays and weather, liability and insurance, and the governing law for disputes (State of Delaware, USA).
Trabajamos solo con operadores certificados AOC — cada avión cuenta con seguro vigente, y todo el mantenimiento es supervisado por la autoridad de aviación civil. Vuelas en manos seguras y profesionales, siempre.
AeroRide es un corredor de vuelos charter (broker), no un operador aéreo directo — coordinamos tu vuelo con operadores certificados por la FAA/DGAC bajo la norma 14 CFR Parte 295. AeroRide no posee ni opera aeronaves.
