La Costeña's route network
La Costeña primarily serves the MGA–RNI (Corn Island) route and MGA–BEF (Bluefields) route. The Corn Island flight is the most important — a 90-minute hop to one of the Caribbean's most authentic and least-known island destinations, replacing a journey that would otherwise take 12+ hours by road and boat.
What La Costeña does well
In a country with limited tourism infrastructure and challenging overland routes to the Caribbean coast, La Costeña genuinely opens up destinations that would be inaccessible to most visitors without it.
