Covers what personal, contact, payment, and travel data we collect from visitors, app users, and passengers, and why: managing bookings, billing, identity verification and fraud prevention, operational notifications, and — only with your consent — marketing.
Also covers your rights (access, correction, deletion, opt-out), how long we keep data, international transfers, security practices, cookies, and how to reach us or your local privacy authority with questions or complaints.
We work only with certified AOC operators — every aircraft carries insurance that is fully up to date, and all maintenance is supervised by the civil aviation authority. You fly in safe, professional hands, every time.
AeroRide is an air charter broker, not a direct air carrier — we arrange your flight with FAA/DGAC-certified operators under 14 CFR Part 295. AeroRide does not own or operate aircraft.
